- Background: Province Health Office of East Java has done a training process to health personnel’s of all district in 2007. Training matters included community resource. base sanitarian. health mother and child. gaze family. operational medicine of community. community surveillance. implementation of disaster and emergency response. The aims research was post training evaluation and to carry out the series planning. Methods: Data was collected cross sectional method with the questionnaires and deep interview structure. To take the sampling was cluster random proportional sampling method for the amount 373 health personnel’s or the respondents. The accumulative data was descriptive analyze. Result: The result was 98.4% respondents had the avocation and socialization. 81.9 % had carried SMD (Survey self outing) and MMD (Deliberation Village Community). 84.7% had carried inventory base sanitarian. 75.9% had not carried mapping gaze family. 85.6 % had not carried simulation operational medicine community. without the activities for mother health and child up to 80% was to committed in activities. for the activities disasters and emergency response 65.9% had not making the group disasters. A regards to self appreciate effect with the activities village post health (poskesdes). was 23.7% to experience to do for the inventory base sanitarian activities and 66% to appreciate for the mapping gaze family activities was difficulties. For the operational medicine community 6.6% was activities made to done. Recommendation. for self community in government for the of alert villages to make monitoring plane activities to be continued with facilities and motivation.
