- This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of education to work productivity of village officials in Angkaes Village, Weliman District, Malaka Regency. The method was using quantitative with data collection techniques through: The questionnaire method (questionnaire and document). Whereas, in the technique of analyzing data, the researcher used the technique of percentage analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that the Education Level Variable had a positive influence to the Work Productivity variable. This was indicated by the correlation coefficient r of 0,503 at x value of 0.000 (under 0,05). This means that any increase in the index at the Education level will also be followed by a significant increase in the productivity index. Conversely, if there is a decrease in the variable level of education, the productivity variable will also decrease.
- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan terhadap produktivitas kerja aparatur desa di Desa Angkaes Kecamatan Weliman Kabupaten Malaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui: Metode angket (kuesioner dan dokumen). Sedangkan dalam teknik anlisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis presentase dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Variabel Tingkat Pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap variabel Produktivitas Kerja. Hal itu ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0,503 pada x yaitusebesar 0,000 (dibawah 0,05). Hal ini berarti bahwa setiap kenaikan indeks pada tingkat Pendidikan akan diikuti pula oleh kenaikan indeks poduktivitas secarasignifikan. Sebaliknya jika terjadi penurunan pada variabel tingkat pendidikan maka variabel produktivitas juga akan menurun.
