Daftar Isi:
- Geographically the study area is located between 108º 28` 4.4184" BT to 108º 31` 20.3952" BT and 07º 34` 56.6832" LS to 07º 38` 10.9356" LS. Administratively, the research location is in Cintaratu Village, Parigi Sub-district, Pangandaran Regency, West Java Province which is include in the Indonesian Topographical Map (BAKOSURTANAL). 1308-234, Cijulang Sheet No. 1308-142, Pejaten Sheet No. 1308-231, Selasari Sheet No. 1308-233, and Limusnunggal Sheet No. 1308-144 which wide of area 30 km2. The research includes observation of geomropological aspects, geological aspects, and hydrogeological aspects. Based on the characteristics of morphography, morphometry, and morphogenetic, geomorphology of Cintaratu and surrounding areas can be separated into four units namely : Gently slope structural Sediment Unit, gently slope-steep limestone hills unit, plateu of limestone and karst unit hills. Based on geological mapping the research area can be separated into 4 units of rock from the older to the young that are Boundstone Unit (Tombgb), Sandstone Unit (Tmbp), Packstone unit (Tmbgp), and Grainstone unit (Tmbgg) which are controlled by joints, offset structure and parinenggang normal fault. According to hydrogeological mapping at 26 observation points (9 springs dan 17 wells), its know that average of groundwater level of study area is 111,38 masl, with PH ranged from 6.5 – 7.75, Ground water temperature 25.3˚C - 31˚C, Total Dissolved Solid range from 140 mg/l to 315 mg/l and EC range from 300 μS/cm to 640 μS/cm. Based on chemical analysis using piper diagram and stiff diagram its known that the chemical facies of groundwater research area is divided into 4 types : (Ca2+, HCO3-), (Mg, HCO3-), (Ca2+, HCO3- - SO42-) and (Ca2 +,Mg2 + - HCO3- with the most dominant element are Ca and HCO3 indicating groundwater in research area is shallow groundwater. The different facies of ground water in the research area due to the geological processes that work (lithology and geological structures). Based on comparison between physical and chemical groundwater test results against the drinking water quality standard, it can be seen that the groundwater quality of the research area tested is good and meets the standard for drinking
