- This study is aimed to investigate which factors that will affecting the Indonesian coal demand in China. China became the biggest world coal producer yet it also become the bigest world coal importer. Indonesia is the biggest world doal exporter, and mostly export to China. And China also got their biggest import from Indonesia. To estimate the variables which affected the Indonesia coal export volume to China, the author use the OLS (ordinary least square) regression model. As the result found that Indonesian Coal Price, Oil World Price, GDP of China, and real exchange rate between yuan and dollar are significantly affected the Indonesian coal export volume to China. While the price of Australian coal price and gas world price not significantly affected the Indonesian coal export volume to China
