  • PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN LIMBAH TAUGE SEBAGAI PENGGANTI DEDAK PADI DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP BOBOT EDIBLE DAN INEDIBLE PADA BROILER BANGUN KURNIADIN ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Limbah Tauge Sebagai Pengganti Dedak Padi Dalam Ransum Terhadap Bobot Edible Dan Inedible Pada Broiler. The research was conducted in broiler chicken coop in Cipacing area, Jatinangor district, Sumedang regency, West Java in July – August 2017. This research used experimental method with Complete Random Design (CRD). There were five treatment types (R0 = 0%, R1 = 2.5%, R2 = 5%, R3 = 7.5%, and R4 = 10% of the level of spoilage in the ration) with four replications. Each replication consisted of 5 broiler chickens so total broiler chicken was used during the research as much as 100 tails. Edible and inedible weight of broiler chickens were parameters observed. The results of statistical analysis showed that in the use of waste bean sprouts as a substitute for rice bran in the ration did not significantly affect the weight of edible and inedible broiler.
