- ABSTRAK Fragmentasi sistem pelayanan kesehatan dan tumpang tindihnya peran dan fungsi antar tenaga kesehatan membuat pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan tidak komprehensif. Kolaborasi antar tenaga kesehatan (Interprofessional Collaboration)merupakan kunci untuk mengatasi masalah pelayanan kesehatan yang terfragmentasi dan tumpang tindih. Salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kolaborasi antar tenaga kesehatan adalah melalui proses pendidikan dengan mengunakan metode Interprofessional Education (IPE). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan mahasiswa Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan (RIK) Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) untuk implementasi IPE di Unpad. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan consecutive sampling dilakukan secara online melalui google form, menggunakan media sosial line dengan mengklik link kuesioner tersebut, kepada 209 mahasiswa RIK Unpad menggunakan kuesioner Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS) dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat partisipasi responden dalam penelitian ini rendah (40,19 %). Sebanyak 84 responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini memiliki kesiapan yang baik untuk implementasi IPE di Unpad (83,83%). Jika dilihat dari dari tiap komponen kesiapan untuk IPE, sebagian besar reponden memiliki pemahaman yang baik terhadap komponen identitas profesi (87,21%) dan komponen kerjasama tim dan kolaborasi (86,23%), hanya pada komponen peran dan tanggung jawab saja responden memiliki pemahaman yang sedang (68,63 %). Implikasi dari penelitian ini, masih diperlukan upaya sosialisasi proses pembelajaran IPE secara lebih luas oleh stakeholder Unpad, sehingga konsep dan rancangan implementasi proses pembelajaran IPE lebih dikenal terutama untuk mahasiswa RIK Unpad. ABSTRACT The fragmentation of the health care system and overlapping roles and functions between health workers make health care provided is not comprehensive. Collaboration between health workers (interprofessional Collaboration) is the key to resolve the issue of health care that was fragmentation and overlapping. One of the strategy to improve collaboration among health professionals is through the educational process using the method of interprofessional Education (IPE). This study aims to determine student readiness of Health Sciences Cluster (RIK) University of Padjadjaran (Unpad) for the implementation of IPE in Unpad. The study was quantitative descriptive, sampling using convenience sampling and consecutive sampling technique with online method through google form, using social media line by clicking the questionnaire link to 209 students of RIK Unpad using a questionnaire Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS) and analyzed using univariate analysis. The results showed that the level of participation of the respondents in this study was low (40.19%). A number of 84 respondents involved in this research had a good readiness for the implementation of the IPE in Unpad (83.83%). Based on each component of readiness for IPE, the majority of respondents had a better understanding of the components of the identity of the profession (87.21%) and the components of teamwork and collaboration (86.23%). Only in the component of the roles and responsibilities of respondents had moderate understanding (68.63%). The implication of this research is still needed to socialize IPE learning process extensively by Unpad stakeholders, so that the concept and design implementation of IPE learning process is known primarily for students of RIK Unpad.
