- Implementation of the PHBS Program at School is Under of Goverment’s policy of health programs to realizing society empowerment to adopt healthy behaviors. Under these conditions, the research carried out at Alfa Centauri High School and Prima Grafika High Scholl as a favorite School Supported by quality infrastructures and facilities but is not able to implement PHBS program overall, while Prima Grafika High School as a non-favorite school implement PHBS program overall, but constrained facilities and associated infrastructure that support PHBS Program. The theory used is the behavior of B.F Skinner and the concepts driving behavior of lawrence Green. The approach using qualitative research while techniques use comparative studies and using purposive techniques. The technique of collecting data using interview, participant observation and documentation as well as data analysis using triangulation of source and time. The results showed that Alfa Centauri High School does not have a curriculum that supports aspects of PHBS program to establish dependency school community, while Prima Grafika High School has a curriculum that supports aspects PHBS program overall, to achieve the society empowerment. The conclusion of this research, lability of facilities and infrastructure but hampered in the school curriculum, while SMA Prima Grafika supported through empowerment of School community but are lack in infrastructure.
