- This study entitled Local Government Strategy In Addressing Social Problems Aanak Street Sumedang District Year 2016 (Study On Social Service Of Women Empowerment And Child Protection). This research is motivated by the existence of street children problem in Sumedang regency in 2016. The purpose of this research is intended to describe and analyze how Local Government Strategy In Overcoming Social Problems of Street Children In Sumedang Regency Year 2016. This research uses descriptive method using qualitative. The data obtained from the research through field study through observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that some components of the Mulgan government strategy such as objectives, environments, direction, actions and learning are used to answer questions from the problems faced by street children and get less attention from the government and have no space for street children in the district Sumedang. The purpose component, related to the strategy in preventing street children in Sumedang district not to roam. The environmental component of the environment, in Sumedeang district, is very influential for street children. Direction component, there are still limitations and the need for further guidance from the government and social offices related to street children problem. Components of action, carried out with further action measures from the government related street children in Sumedang district. Learning component, there is a failure in the implementation of evaluation, the failure includes many street children in Sumedang district.
