  • Dilakukan formulasi sediaan transdermal ketoprofen dengan menggunakan asam oleat sebagai peningkat penetrasi. Dibuat tiga formula dengan variasi konsentrasi asam oleat masing-masing 0%, 1%, 5%, dan 10%. Sediaan dibuat dalam bentuk patch dengan metode penguapan pelarut. Eudragit RS100 dan PVP digunakan sebagai basis polimer dan pengontrol pelepasan obat. Evaluasi sediaan dilakukan dengan uji permeasi secara in vitro menggunakan metode sel difusi Franz dengan membran lepasan kulit ular sanca kembang (Reticulated phyton). Uji permeasi dilakukan selama 12 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan permeasi ketoprofen yang sebanding pada peningkatan konsentrasi peningkat penetrasi. Formula F3 yang mengandung 10% asam oleat memberikan persen permeasi yang paling signifikan terhadap formula lainnya. Semua formula menunjukan kinetika pelepasan orde nol.Formulation of ketoprofen transdermal have been done by using oleic acid as penetration enhancer. Three formulas were prepared by varying concentration of oleic acid respectively 0%, 1%, 5%, and 10%. Ketoprofen transdermals were made in patch form with solvent evaporation method. Eudragit RS100 and PVP were used as polymers base as well as control drug releases. Ketoprofen transdermals were evaluated by in vitro permeation test using Franz diffusion cell method and shed snake skin of Reticulated python as a membrane. Permeation tests were carried out for 12 hours The results showed that an increase in permeation of ketoprofen is comparable to the increased concentration of penetration enhancers. F3 formula which contains 10% oleic acid gaves percent permeation of the most significant impact on other formulas.
