HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN IBU DENGAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) ANAK PRA SEKOLAH DI TK DHARMA WANITA PERSATUAN TLOGOMAS MALANG

- Pembangunan kesehatan bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran, kemampuan dan kemauan hidup sehat bagi setiap penduduk agar dapat mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang setinggi-tingginya. Data Depkes RI tahun 2014 mengemukakan di Indonesia kategori rumah tangga yang memenuhi kriteria PHBS sebesar 44%. PHBS pada anak pra sekolah didukung oleh peran ibu dalam mendidik dan membiasakan anak berperilaku hidup sehat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan PHBS anak pra sekolah di TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Tlogomas Malang. Desain penelitian mengunakan desain analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian masing-masing ibu dan anak 35 orang, sampel penelitian masing-masing ibu dan anak 35 orang dengan penentuan menggunakan total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner pengetahuan ibu dan PHBS anak. Metode analisa data yang di gunakan yaitu uji korelasi spearmen rank dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan lebih dari separuh 22 (62,9%) ibu memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang PHBS anak dan lebih dari separuh 21 (60,0%) anak pra sekolah melakukan PHBS sangat baik. Hasil uji korelasi spearmen rank didapatkan p-value= (0,000) < (0,050) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan PHBS anak pra sekolah di TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Tlogomas Malang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk meningkatkan PHBS anak perlu peran ibu dalam mendidik anak melakukan prilaku bersih dan sehat. ABSTRACT Health development aims to increase awareness, ability and willing to healthy live for every people to fulfill highest degree of health. Health Department data in 2014 revealed that in Indonesia, category of household that fulfill PHBS criteria is 44%. PHBS of kindergarten children is supported by the role of mother in educating and accustoming the children to behave healthy. This research aimed to find out the relation of mother and PHBS of kindergarten children in TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Tlogomas Malang. This research design used correlation analytic with cross sectional approach. The samples of this research were children and mothers, 35 people of them determining using total sampling. The technique of collecting the data used instrument of questioner about mothers’ knowledge and PHBS of the children. Data analysis method used correlation of spearmen rank test by using SPSS. The result of the research showed 22 mothers (62,9%) that have knowledge about PHBS of children and 21 (60.0%) children that do PHBS well. The result of correlation spearmen rank was obtained p-value = (0.000) < (0.050) so it can be concluded that there is relationship between mother and PHBS of kindergarten children in TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Tlogomas Malang. Based on the result of the research, to increase PHBS, children need the role of mother in educating to behave clean and healthy. Keywords : Preschool children; knowledge of mother; PHBS.
