- Performance Prism is a performance measurement method which start from the importance of aligning all aspects (stakeholders) into a strategic measurement framework. Performance Prism has five sides (facets) that form a three-dimensional framework in the form of a triangular prism. Top and bottom sides are stakeholder satisfaction and stakeholder contribution of all stakeholders, while the other three sides (side-side) is a strategy, processes, and capabilities. The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of the PWS Hospital Malang. The design and performance measurement with Prism metodePerformance to reflect the needs and desires of every stakeholder. The results of the performance prism design method shows that stakeholders in Malang RS PWS include: investors, customers, workers, suppliers, and government and society. The performance measurement system is composed of 37 KPI 10 KPI strategies criteria, process criteria IBC 16, and 11 KPI capability criteria. The results of performance measurement of performance reached a score of 7.407 is pretty good.
