- PT Tsamarot Indonesia yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri food processing dengan produk yang dihasilkan yaitu seperti Puree (bubur buah), chuncy dan slincing yang dalam menjalankan kegiatan produksi menggunakan prinsip make to order. Berdasarkan sistem make to order tersebut perusahaan disarankan untuk memiliki sistem manajemen produksi yang baik untuk mengatur dan mengkoordiasikan penggunaan berbagai sumber daya yang ada secara efektif dan efisien, agar tidak terjadinya keterlambatan dalam proses produksi yang sedang berlangsung sehingga produk bisa dikirim tepat waktu. PT Tsamarot Indonesia mengalami kesulitan dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen, hal tersebut diakibatkan karena sulitnya mengendalikan aliran material untuk sistem produksi sehingga dapat memperhambat proses produksi yang sedang berlangsung. Dengan demikian perusahaan membutuhkan metode yang tepat dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Just In Time merupakan metode yang dapat meningkatkan produksi yang ramping dalam arti tidak ada pemborosan yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan just in time dapat memberikan usulan untuk mengatasi jalannya menggunakan sistem just in time pada PT Tsamarot Indonesia dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi dengan melihat tingkat efisiensi perusahaan proses produksi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan sebelum menggunakan sistem just in time sebesar 54% dan mengalami peningkatan sesudah menggunakan sistem just in time sebesar 78%.

PT Tsamarot Indonesia is experiencing difficulties in fulfilling consumer demand, this is due to the difficulty in controlling the flow of material for the production system so that it can hamper the ongoing production process. Thus the company needs the right method to solve these problems. Just In Time is a method that can increase lean production in the sense that there is no waste the company can do. Using a timely approach can provide suggestions for overcoming the production process. Based on the results of calculations using the punctual system at PT Tsamarot Indonesia, it can solve the problems that occur by looking at the level of efficiency of the company before using the system in only 54% of the time and has increased after using the system in just 78%.
