- Abstract : This study was aimed to test empirically the correlation of intelectual ability and need achievement with performance. This hypothesis posed in this study were: 1) there is a correlation between of intelectual ability and need achievement with performance; 2) there is a correlation of intelectual ability with performance; 3) there is a correlation of need achievement with performance. This study involved 16 subjects of parts sales service in Heavy Equitment Company of Jakarta. Data Intelligence, need achievement and performance was found from personnel data in organization Based on regression analysis concluded that 1) there was a significantly correlation between intelectual ability and need achievement with performance, 2) there was no a correlation between intelectual ability with performance, 3) there was a significantly positive correlation between need achievement with performance.
