- This article contains the idea of the importance of strengthening the competencies of global citizens insight through PPKn, whether in the context of citizenship curricular program at the level of elementary and secondary education, as well as personality development courses at the higher education level. Strengthening global insight was meant to prepare the citizens in the face and undergo digital citizenship (digital citizenship) were born because the process of globalization and development of information and communication technology. Through PPKn, competency global insight that include covering the knowledge, skills, and attitudes as global citizens built and strengthened to citizens ready to have relationships and connections across differences, while maintaining and deepening the sense of nationality and the integrity of himself as part of a country's citizens.
