- Human hehavior can not be separated the culture where he comes from, because the cultural influence on human behaviour.Indonesia is an archipelago with a lot of ethnic and cultural diversity. So that cultural richness can be optimized by guidance and counseling teacher to implement guidance and counseling services indlvidual. One way that can be used by the teacher guidance and counseling to understand the individual is to use inventory. Of course inventory that is used or to understand the individual developed with attention to cultural aspect that influence the behaviour of the individual.Inventory development opportunities for individuals to understand individual based culture is still very wide open because of the many cultures in Indonesia although other hand construct the development of culture-based inventory for understand individuals still need to be considered propely.
