  • This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. MADU BARU Yogyakarta. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study consisted of 387 employees who worked at PT. MADU BARU Yogyakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 50 employees at PT. MADU BARU Yogyakarta. The population in this study are some of the employees of the company PT. MADU BARU Yogyakarta. Which uses a purposive sampling method that is taking some sample sources. Data with certain considerations. The type of data used is primary data. Data obtained by direct from the source or object of research that is by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that work stress variables significantly influence employee turnover intention at PT. MADU BARU Yogyakarta. Job satisfaction variable has no effect and is not significant on employee turnover intention at PT. MADU BARU Yogyakarta. Variable work stress and job satisfaction together have a significant influence on PT. MADU BARU Yogyakarta.
