- Based on the record of Indonesian Family Planning Association (PKBI) Yogyakarta (2015), there were 976 students spawned an unwanted pregnancy with Bantul as the most dominating region of 276 cases. Based on these, adolescent reproductive health education is very important to teach because it covers all the teenage problems. Senior High School 2 Bantul is a school that promotes health and has the potential for adolescent reproductive health problems. This research aims to determine the need for adolescents reproductive health education through the perception and attitude of school elements, facilities, supporting infrastructure, and the barriers to the implementation of adolescent reproductive health education in Senior High School 2 Bantul.
