  • The study aims to determine the impact of work satisfaction and the organizational climate of organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this research is all employees of PT. SOLO AGUNG NUSANTARA SUKOHARJO. Sampling techniques using the purposive sampling technique are sampling techniques with certain considerations, with sample criteria being those that have worked for more than one year. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing Using Test T and test F. Results showed that work satisfaction has a partial positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), while the organizational climate variables are not proven to be influential Partial positive response to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Then the F testresults showed that the work satisfaction and the organizational climate simultaneously affected the organizational citizenship behavior.
