The decontamination of Hypalon gloves, Neoprene gloves, PVC and bemcot tissue using a laboratory scale electrochemical oxidation cell were carried out under the condition of anolyte of 0,05 M AgNO3/4 M HNO3, catholyte of 13 M HNO3, temperature of 20, 30 and 40 0C, current of 10 A and stirring speed of 1000 rpm. The decontamination factor (DF) of Hypalon gloves (chlorosulphonated polyethylene) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) at the electrolysis time until 180 minutes, temperature between 30 oC &#x2013; 40 oC was about 100 &#x2013; 200. Neoprene gloves might not suitable for this decontamination, because occurred the hump and adhesive on the surface among the neoprene glove sheets due to their partial decomposition which interferes the decontamination was observed. Bemcot tissue (cellulosic material) is inapplicable for this decontamination, because it was completely decomposed to be carbon dioxide during electrolysis.</description><publisher lang="id-ID">Buletin Limbah</publisher><contributor lang="id-ID">PTLR-BATAN</contributor><date>2013-11-12</date><type>Other:</type><type>File:application/pdf</type><identifier>http://jurnal.batan.go.id/index.php/bl/article/view/727</identifier><source lang="id-ID">Buletin Limbah; Vol 8, No 2 (2004): 2004</source><language>ind</language><recordID>article-727</recordID></dc>
