- The phenomenon of online motorcycle taxi has increased since the presence of Gojek and Grab in Indonesia. However initially, there were pros and cons among the people, but with their mobile application, many motorcycle taxi drivers started to get new jobs besides delivering passengers. The purpose of this study is to find what factors are the key success of the Goride and Grabbike application in Surabaya on how to accept users using the UTAUT method. The UTAUT model used four variables as determinants of the purpose and use of information technology, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, and four variables as moderators between determinants with the goals and uses of information technology, namely gender, age, experience, and volunteerism. The results showed that Goride has a social influence that can influence people's behavioral intentions to use their application voluntarily, while Grabbike has a social influence on people's behavioral intentions that are moderated by age.
