  • Teaching listening at STKIP PGRI Pasuruan always challenging time to time, one of the teachers effort by using Lesson study. Lessonstudy adopted Classroom Action Research Design that is one of the study related to the students problems and strategies to solve thatdesign by the teacher teams. The design is Plan (what the strategy), and Do (related to Open Class that observers observe the process ofthe teaching learning and the last is See (reflection) to know the obstacle that face by the teachers’ model and how to solve this problemto revise the plan for next teaching. To implementing this lesson study need four times meetings. The result of this study reflects from the first up the fourth open class that the team found a few students un interested to the material and got difficulties to group discussion, so that the team change the group members, and revise plan. Finally, as the teacher we always attempt to solve the students problems so that the process of teaching listening will run well.
