Rataan kolesterol daging yaitu R0=181,10±46,91 mg/100g, R1= 93,50±40,96 mg/100g, R2=78,74±29,11 mg/100g, R3=73,82±08,12 mg/100g, R4=78,74±34,92 mg/100g. The chicken were maintained until the age of 35 days. The used materials were 1-day-old Multi Platinum 202 strain broiler chickens (DOC) as many as 100 birds. The experiment was performed using experimental method by in vivo with completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments consisted of 5 kinds of rations. Each treatment was repeated 4 times and each replication contained 5 chickens. R0= 0% of functional feed, R1= 5% of functional feed, R2= 10% of functional feed, R3= 15% of functional feed, R4= 20% of functional feed. The results of analysis of variance showed that the use of functional feed very significant (P<0.01) affected the cholesterol-lowering effect of meat and did not significantly (P>0.05) affectif the weight of abdominal fat. The mean cholesterol levels of meat were R0= 181.10±46.91 mg/100g, R1= 93.50±40.96 mg/100g, R2= 78.74±29.11 mg/100g, R3= 73.82±08,12 mg/100g, R4=78.74±34.92 mg/100g, respectively. Further trials showed that the test of orthogonal polynomials was quadratic, the line equation was Y= 0.5568X2-15.624X+173.9 with a coefficient of determination (r2)= 60.96%. The conclusion is that the use of functional feed as much as 14% is optimum for lowering the cholesterol percentage meat with a decrease of 59.24% and the level of functional feed up to 20% level does not affect broiler chicken abdominal fat percentages.
