KAJIAN JUMLAH LEUKOSIT DAN DIFERENSIAL LEUKOSIT PADA BERBAGAI JENIS ITIK LOKAL BETINA YANG PAKANNYA DI SUPLEMENTASI PROBIOTIK

- Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode experimental yang dirancang menurut Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 9 perlakuan, yang diulang 3 kali setiap unit ada 3 ekor itik lokal betina. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah pemberian suplementasi probiotik yang berbeda dengan jenis itik lokal betina yang berbeda yaitu i1p0 (Itik Magelang yang tidak diberi probiotik), i1p1 (Itik Magelang yang diberi probiotik 3 g/kg pakan), i1p2 (Itik Magelang yang diberi probiotik 6 g/kg pakan), i2p0 (Itik Mojosari yang tidak diberi probiotik), i2p1 (Itik Mojosari yang diberi probiotik 3 g/kg pakan), i2p2 (Itik Mojosari yang diberi probiotik 6 g/kg pakan), i3p0 (Itik Tegal yang tidak diberi probiotik), i3p1 (Itik Tegal yang diberi probiotik 3 g/kg pakan), i3p2 (Itik Tegal yang diberi probiotik 6 g/kg pakan). Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara jenis itik dan level probiotik (ixp) tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap jumlah leukosit maupun diferensial leukosit (limfosit, monosit, neutrofil, eousinofil), namun jenis itik berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap jumlah leukosit dan jumlah limfosit. Hasil uji lanjut BNJ menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap jumlah leukosit dan limfosit, dengan rataan leukosit paling tinggi pada itik Tegal sebesar 12738,89±3149,581 sel/μl dan paling rendah pada itik Magelang sebesar 8688,889±1537,404 sel/μl, sedangkan rataan limfosit paling tinggi pada itik Tegal sebesar 5795±1716,142 sel/μl dan paling rendah pada itik Magelang sebesar 3274,556±1303,853 sel/μl. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah interaksi antara jenis itik dan level probiotik belum dapat menaikkan atau menurunkan jumlah leukosit dan diferensial leukosit, itik Tegal memproduksi leukosit dan limfosit yang paling tinggi dibanding dengan itik yang lain, pemberian probiotik sampai dengan level 6 g/kg pakan belum dapat meningkatkan produksi leukosit dan diferensial leukosit terhadap itik lokal betina. Kata Kunci : leukosit, diferensial leukosit, itik, probiotik Experimental method was used according to completely randomized design (CRD), factorial pattern consisted of 9 treatments, each treatment was repeated 3 times and each unit 3 female local ducks. The treatments tested were of different probiotic supplementation in the feed of different female local ducks that i1p0 (Magelang Ducks that were not given probiotics), i1p1 (Magelang Ducks that were given probiotics 3 g/kg of feed), i1p2 (Magelang Ducksthat were given probiotics 6 g/kg of feed), i2p0 (Mojosari ducks that were not given probiotics), i2p1 (Mojosari ducks that were given probiotics 3 g/kg of feed), i2p2 ( Mojosari ducks that were given probiotics 6 g/kg of feed), i3p0 (Tegal Ducks that were not given probiotics), i3p1 (Tegal Ducks that were given probiotics 3 g/kg of feed), i3p2 (Tegal Ducks that were given probiotics 6 g/kg of feed). The analysis variance showed that the interaction between ducks and probiotic level (IXP) had no significant effect (P>0,05) on the leukocyte count and differential leukocytes (lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, eousinofil), but the types of ducks significant effect (P<0,05) against leukocyte count and lymphocyte count. HSD test results further showed that is significant effect on different (P<0,05) agains of leukocyt and lymphocyt, with the highest average of leukocytes in Tegal ducks at 12738,89 ± 3149,581 cells/mL and the lowest in ducks Magelang at 8688,889 ± 1537,404 cells/mL, while the highest average of lymphocytes in Tegal ducks at 1716,142 ± 5795 cells/mL, and the lowest in ducks Magelang at 3274,556 ± 1303,853 cells/mL. As conclusion of this study is the interaction between the type of duck and probiotic levels can not increase or decrease against of leukocytes and differential leukocytes, Tegal ducks leukocytes and lymphocytes produce the highest compared with the other ducks, probiotics up to the level of 6 g/kg of feed has not been able to increase the production of leukocytes and differential leukocytes to the female local ducks.
