- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan latar, masukan, proses, hasil, dan hambatan pelaksanaan pendidikan sistem ganda (PSG) di SMK Negeri 1 Petang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun pelajaran 2009/2010 dengan menggunakan evaluasi model CIPP. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan angket, studi dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara terstruktur. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan kriteria PSG. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel latar terkategori sangat siap dengan adanya dukungan pemerintah, masyarakat, dan institusi pasangan. Variabel masukan terkategori sangat siap dengan tersedianya kalender pendidikan, kurikulum, tenaga guru dan administrasi, teknisi/laboran, tenaga layanan khusus, pembiayaan, organisasi, dan administrasi. Variabel proses terkategori sangat siap dengan adanya perencanaan, pembelajaran, pelaksanaan PSG, monitoring dan evaluasi PSG. Variabel hasil terkategori sangat siap dengan adanya nilai rapor, nilai PSG, nilai uji kompetensi, dan nilai UN. Dari analisis di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan PSG di SMK Negeri 1 Petang terkategori sangat siap. Hambatan PSG tampak pada terlambatnya biaya, sarana, disiplin siswa, kurangnya DU/DI yang relevan, dan kurangnya koordinasi pengelolaan PSG. Kata kunci: studi evaluasi, pendidikan sistem ganda, program produktif. AN EVALUATIVE STUDY OF PRODUCTIVE PROGRAM OF DUAL SYSTEM EDUCATION (DSE) IMPLEMENTATION AT SMK NEGERI 1 PETANG ABSTRACT This study aimed at describing the context, input, process and product and the constraint in the Dual System Education (DSE) implementation at SMK Negeri 1 Petang. This study was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Petang in the school year 2009/2010 by using the CIPP evaluation model. The data were collected by questionnaire, document study, observation, and structured interview. The data of the study were analyzed descriptively based on the DSE criteria. The results showed that the context variable fell into category completely ready due to the support from the government, society, and competent institution. The input variable fell into category completely ready with the availability of calendar of education, curriculum, teachers, administration staff, technicians/laboratory technicians, special service staff, funding, and organization.The process variable fell into category completely ready with the availibiliy of planning, learning process, implementing DSE, monitoring and evaluating of DSE. The product variable fell into category completely ready with the availibilty of school report, DSE scores, competency test scores, and national evaluation scores. From the analysis, it can be concluded, the implementation of the DSE at SMK Negeri 1 Petang fell into category completely ready. The constraints in the DSE implementation can be seen at the cancelation in funding, limitation of facilities, lack of discipline on the part of the students, lack of relevant businesses/ industries and coordination in the DSE implementation.
