  • oleh I Putu Asiatina ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji determinasi kompetensi, motivasi berprestasi, dan kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semua SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 120 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proposional random sampling. Ukuran sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan tabel dari Robert V Krejcie dan Daryle W Morgan dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%, sehingga menjadi 92 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner model Skala Likert. Uji validitas butir dihitung dengan memakai koefisien korelasi Product Moment, dan reliabilitas dihitung dengan memakai koefisien Alpha Cronbach. Uji persyaratan analisis untuk normalitas sebaran data memakai uji Kolmograp-Smirnov dan homogenitas varian data dengan Homogenitas Slop Scatterplot. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, ditemukan bahwa terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru (X1) dan kinerja guru (Y). Kedua, terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan motivasi berprestasi guru (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Ketiga, terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan kesejahteraan guru (X3) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi rx3y =0,376, dan koefisien determinasi (rx3y)2 = (0,376)2 = 14,10% yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk persamaan regresi Ŷ = 112,030 + 0,281X3. Keempat, secara simultan, terdapat determinasi kompetensi, motivasi berprestasi dan kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru. Kelima, penelitian juga membuktikan, bahwa berdasarkan besarnya koefisien korelasi parsial determinasi motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru menduduki peringkat pertama, kemudian determinasi kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru menduduki peringkat kedua, dan determinasi kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru menduduki peringkat ketiga. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalah kompetensi, motivasi berprestasi, dan kesejahteraan guru agar terus ditingkatkan secara optimal agar kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan, khususnya guru di SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu. The study was conducted at all the SMPN around the area of Busungbiu district. It involved about 120 teachers as the population, while the samples were drawn based on a proporsional random sampling technique. The number of sample was determined based on the table of Robert V Krejcie and Daryle W Morgan with 95% of significant level to result 92 persons. All the data were collected by using questionnaires based on Likert Scale Model. The validity tes was made by using product moment correlation coefficient, while its reliability was judged based on the Alpha Cronbach coefficient. Kolmograp-Smirnove tes was used to determine the normal distributing data, and Homogeneity Slop Scatterplot was used to judge the homogeneity of variants. The results of this study showed that: First, there was a positive and significant determination between teacher’s competence (X1) towards their performance (Y). Second, there was a significant and positive determination of the theacers’ achieving motivation (X2) towards their performance (Y). Third, there was a positive and significant determination of the teachers’ welfare (X3) towards their performance (Y). Fourth, there was a simultaneous determination of competence, achieving motivation and the teachers’ welfare towards their performance. Fifth, the study also proved that based on the partial correlation coefficient, the determination of achieving motivation towards their performance occupied the first level on the second level was the teachers’ competence determination towards their performance. The third level was the teacher’s welfare towards their. The implication was that the teachers’ competence, achieving motivation, and their welfare should be kept improving in order to improve their performances in particular at the SMP Negeri around Busungbiu district.
