  • oleh Ni Ketut Nganthi ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi: gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap kinerja guru di yayasan dwijendra pusat denpasar, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitiaan ex post facto dengan populasi berjumlah 145 orang guru yang merupakan guru-guru SD, SMP, dan SMA. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 45 orang guru yang terpilih secara random sampling dan data diperoleh dengan instrumen kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriftif, regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, korelasi parsial, dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) persepsi guru terhadap gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah 73,3% tergolong sedang dan 26,7% tergolong tinggi; (2) kompetensi pedagogik : 11.1% berada dalam katagori rendah, 48.9% sedang, 31.1% tinggi, dan 8.9% sangat tinggi; (3) motivasi berprestasi guru 24.4% berada dalam katagori sedang, 60% tinggi, dan 15.6% sangat tinggi; (4) kinerja guru 42.2% dalam katagori sedang, dan 57.8% tinggi. Hasil analisis data dengan statistik inferensial menunjukkan: (1) secara parsial, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberikan kontribusi sebesar 43.3%; kompetensi pedagogik 47.4%; motivasi berprestasi guru 43.3% terhadap kinerja guru, berturut-turut dengan nilai korelasi 0.420, 0,633, dan 0.633; (2) secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, dan motivasi berprestasi guru, memberikan kontribusi sebesar 76.0% terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai korelasi ganda sebesar 0.877. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ada kontribusi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, dan motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Dwijendra Pusat Denpasar, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Dengan persamaan garis regresi sederhana =44.366+0.711X1; =91.807+0.363X2; =64.903+0.497X3; dan persamaan garis regresi ganda: =18.395+0.290X1+0.231X2+0.317 X3. THE CONTRIBUTION OF SCHOOL PRINCIPAL’S LEADERSHIP STYLE, PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCY, AND TEACHER’S ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION TO TEACHER’S PERFORMANCE AT YAYASAN DWIJENDRA PUSAT DENPASAR ( A Study of Teacher’s Perspective at Yayasan Dwijendra Pusat Denpasar) ABSTRACT This study aimed at finding out the extent of contribution from school principal’s leadership style, pedagogic competency, teacher’s achievement motivation to teacher’s performance at Yayasan Dwijendra Pusat Denpasar, both partially and simultaneously. This study belongs to an ex post facto research involving a population of elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school teachers that consisted of 145 teachers. Forty five teachers were drawn as the sample through random sampling. The study used questionnaires of school principal’s leadership style, of pedagogic competency, of teacher’s achievement motivation and of teacher’s performance. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, simple regression, multiple regression, partial correlation and multiple correlation. The descriptive statistics showed that (1) the teacher’s perception of the school principal’s leadership: 73.3% fell into medium category and 26% fell into high category; (2) the pedagogic competency: 11.1% fell into low category, 48.9% fell into medium category, 31.1% fell into high category and 8.9% fell into very high category; (3) teacher’s achievement motivation: 24.4% fell into medium category, 60% fell into high category, and 15.6% fell into very high category, and (4) teacher’s performance: 42.2% fell into medium category, and 57.8% fell into high category. The results of inferential statistics showed that (1) partially, school principal’s leadership style had 43.3% contribution, pedagogic competency had 47.4% contribution and teacher’s achievement motivation had 43.3% contribution to teacher’s performance with their correlation coefficients were 0.420, 0.633, and 0.633, respectively. (2) simultaneously, school principal’s leadership style, pedagogic competency, and teacher’s achievement motivation had 76.0% contribution to teacher’s performance with the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.877. From these findings it can be concluded that there is a significant contribution from school principal’s leadership style, pedagogic competency, and teacher’s achievement motivation to teacher’s performance at Yayasan Dwijendra Pusat Denpasar, both partially and simultaneously as shown by the simple regression linear equation : Ŷ = 44.366 + 0.711X1; Ŷ = 91.807 + 0.363 X2; Ŷ = 64.903 + 0.497 X3; and multiple regression linear equation : Ŷ= 18.395 + 0.290X1 + 0.231X2 + 0.317 X3.
