- The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between parents’ school satisfaction,parent-based school reputation, trust, and parents’ school loyalty. A self-administered questionnairewas distributed to respondents by spread it to the elementary school parents, resulted 216 respondents.Data was analyzed by using structural equation modelling. The result supported one out of fourresearch hypotheses. The paper provides the implications for theoretical and managerial and offersdirections for future research.Keywords: loyalty, reputation, trust, parents’ school loyalty
