- This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation and leadership on employee performance at PT. International International Success both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a survey method using descriptive and verification analysis techniques. The sample in this study will be 113 people taken from a population of 156 with an error of 5%. Data collection techniques is by questionnaire. The data instrument testing was carried out with a validity and reliability test, while the data analysis was the analysis of the correlation coefficient, analysis of the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and leadership partially and simultaneously on employee performance so that PT.Lee Internantional Sukses can improve the management system of human resources available in the corporate environment in order to improve employee performance better. From the results of data processing, there is a positive and significant relationship between the independent variables on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Hypothesis testing shows that Fcount is 50.782 and Ftable value is 3.08 which means Fcount> Ftable, meaning that simultaneously the independent variable influences the dependent variable.
