  • This study aims to explain the description of service quality and promotion variables, find out and analyze partially and simultaneously the quality of service and promotion of purchasing decisions at PT Lautan Sarana Nusantara. The population studied in this study were consumers of PT Lautan Sarana Nusantara as many as 30,037 consumers. The sample in this study amounted to 395 consumers. In this study the method used is a simple random sampling technique that is a technique of taking sample members from a population that is done randomly without regard to strata that exist in that population and is done by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality, positively and significantly influences purchasing decisions at PT Lautan Sarana Nusantara, promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT Lautan Sarana Nusantara. The results showed that the pattern of service quality and promotion simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT Lautan Sarana Nusantara.
