- This study aims to examine the effect of monivation and work environment on the performance of employess of PT Pollux Barelang Megasuperblok in Batam City. This type of research is to use quantitative research, with primary data and data colletion carried out by distributing questionnaries of 130 respondents. The sampling technique of this study used the saturated sampling method and the data analysis method used was descriptive method, multiple linear regression analysis, data quality test class assumption test, influence test and hypothesis test. The data was processed with the help of SPSS version 25. The result of this study indicate that motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pollux Barelang Megasuperblok.
