Professionalism begins with a teacher, starting from knowledge about learning to implementing learning in accordance with the process of learning activities which are supported by activeness in various educational activities. Teacher performance can be implemented through lesson planning. This type of research is a quantitative study using correlational with a sample of 28 teachers. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using statistics and hypothesis testing using product moment analysis. The results of the study obtained that r count (0.800) was greater than r table (0.373) at the 0.05 significance level.
