- Library is the heart of the college. The Library serves as a means for supporting the learning process through the provision of information, which can help civitas academica in implementing Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three functions of college). In order to do the library function optimally, the librarians who can provide excellent service (which services can meet the needs of the library users) are needed. One of the conditions of the librarians that required is have good communication skills, so librarians can communicate effectively with library service users.
