- Reviewing codes of ethics preachers can not be separated from efforts to understand the propaganda activities which essentially explored and developed from the Quran and hadith , in addition to referring to ijtihad experts. Enterprises disseminating the teachings of Islam or proselytizing as a profession requires a certain expertise and planning. This is necessary so that missionary activity is not a haphazard work done while ago without specific expertise and do not have a standard that can be accounted for. Therefore , to maintain the professionalism , preachers need a code of conduct so that the process can be set as propaganda activities and professional activities using a variety of strategies and approaches required in accordance with the conditions faced by society.
