- Historical epistemology of science has developedin the form of partialistics distinguishes knowledge into several parts (cluster). Further, the dichotomic clasification between general science classification positivistics – secularictics with logical–normative religious caused of the classification and the hierarchy of science itself. This dichotomy concerns about the material, method and object of study between the two clusters of science, including social sciences and on the other hand, theology (religious scoence). The author would lidke to describe between science of preaching (da’wah) as religious science and social science (general science) because both have similarities and differences that need to be integrated and interconnected. The goal is to improve the effectiveness of preaching Islam, and on the one hand, give tauhid value for the social sciences in order to have a multi dimensional functional relationship (from positivisticsecularistics towards The antroposentris–integralistics). This effort is related to the vision and mission of IAIN Padangsidimpuan in order to prepare to be UIN in the future. Integration and interconnection of preaching (da’wah) science with social sciences based the logical as pact to be One God in His rububiyah including to the One Creator and the knowledge (QS al-Ikhlas verses 1-3) and the trilogy of faith, science and charity that are integral (non-dichotomous) (QS al-Mujadalah verse58). The interconnected integration applied with some models of the study, include: informative models, confirmatory and corrective between the two clusters. Through tarabut hand izdiwaj between hadlarahnash, hadlarahilmi and hadlarah philosophy, to present the epistemology of science that integralistics (takamulilmi) to increase the role of Islamic da'wah (preaching) to the problem solution-based community development and nation.
