- Indeed a Muslim character closely related to khaliq and mahluq, so the three dimensions of vertical, horizontal and treatment of the natural environment into the scope must have a balance. In fact, for a Muslim is not so heavy for consistent let alone comply with any regulations that clearly brings good results to him self and others. Government regulation by DG P.P. Law on Road Traffic and Transport No. 22 of 2009 is an effort to create a smooth, order and safety of road users in achieving common prosperity, uphold national unity. The realization of moral ethics and traffic law enforcement is right for the community. If this can be achieved then the mission will be able to easily socialize traffic education for the people. Therefore, the integrity of the building or the propagators of religion with government officials who are competent.
