- The development and renaisanse of the triumph of Islam's spread-in all sectors characterized by the presence of Islamic institutions, which have quality standards, and are capable of giving birth to a Muslim Intellectuals. Darul Hikmah or Darul Ilmi was one the Islamic institutions which has quite a good reputation because it carried significance for the development of science. Impact of Islam that was built by the Abbasid Dynasty – the reign of Harun al-Rashid was the early embryo of what was touted by Darul Hikmah/Darul Ilmi as nimble institution that gave birth to the muslim intellectual.
