  • The formulation of the problem in this study is whether service and compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at Puskesmas Wara Timur, Palopo City. Based on these results, this study aims to determine and analyze services and compensation simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Puskesmas Wara Timur, Palopo City. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 46 people. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test and classical assumption test. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression showed that the service variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Wara Timur Community Health Center, Palopo City. This is indicated by the calculated T value of 2.927 with a significant level of 0.000. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression showed that the compensation variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Puskesmas Wara Timur, Palopo City. This is indicated by the calculated T value of 2.201 with a significant level of 0.000. Because the value of T count> T table of each variable, it can be concluded that service and compensation variables simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Wara Timur Community Health Center, Palopo City.
