  • This study aims to determine whether supervision and work discipline have a significant effect on work productivity at PT. POS Indonesia Palopo Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method using primary / secondary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire survey to 97 employees of PT. POS Indonesia Palopo Branch. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, after the data were collected the data were analyzed using the SPSS (statistical product and service solution) version 22 program. The results of research using multiple linear regression analysis through t test (persial), supervision (X1) proved to have no effect on work productivity. Work discipline (X2) is proven to have an effect on work productivity. Through the F test (Simultaneous) all independent variables, namely supervision and work discipline together have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely work productivity.
