  • This study aims to examine the effect between internet network quality and indihome customer butterfly. The problem faced in every company is how to satisfy customers in accordance with the expectations and desires of the customer after making a comparison of the performance or results he feels compared to his expectations. The level of customer satisfaction with a good or service will reflect the company's success rate in marketing its products. Based on this, a study was conducted which aims to determine whether the quality of the internet network has an effect on the satisfaction of indihome customer PT.Telkom Masamba. The variables used in this study are internet network quality and customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods, with a total sample of 95 people. The data was collected by using a questionnaire method and hypothesis testing in this study using the SPSS version 21 program. The results showed that the quality of the internet network had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction indihome PT. Telkom Masamba Keywords: Network Quality,Customer Satisfaction
