- Improving Students’ Narrative Text Writing By Using Clustering Technique” ( A Classroom Action Research At The Tenth Grade of SMA Negeri 1 Noyan In The Academic Year of 2015/2016).This research was conducted in order to find out how clustering technique can improve students’ writing narrative text to the tenth grade students’ of SMAN 1 Noyan in the academic year of 2015/2016. This research was done by using Classroom Action Research method to solved the problems by the students faced. This research was conducted at the tenth grade students’ of SMAN 1 Noyan, Sanggau Regency. And here the researcher had chosen x class as the research subject that consist of 30 students’.This research used observation and measurement as the technique of collecting data. The data of this research were used qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data were taken from observation checklist and field note, while quantitative data taken from writing test. To analyzed the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis, the researcher analyzed by describing the data obtained from observation checklist and field note, while in quantitative analysis, the researcher analyzed the data from the result test of the students' which calculated by the mean score in each cycle. The result of this research showen that the implementation of Clustering Technique improved students in writing narrative text, it was proven by the data from observation checklist and field note, it proven that the technique was interest the students pay attention to learn writing especially writing narrative text, it could make the students’ be more active. It was also proved by the students writing result in in mean score was proved. In first cycle, the students mean score was categorized is poor to average, and then in second cycle, the students mean score was categorized into average to good.
