PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BRANTAS ABIPRAYA JAKARTA

- This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Brantas Abipraya Jakarta. (2) The influence of work motivation on the performance of the employees of PT. Brantas Abipraya Jakarta. (3) The influence of leadership style on the performance of the employees of PT. Brantas Abipraya Jakarta. (4) The influence of compensation, work motivation, and leadership style simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Brantas Abipraya Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative methods categorized in questionnaire research, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of PT. Brantas Abipraya Jakarta. The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling, which is taking all 67 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25 for windows. The results of this study indicate that (1) compensation variables significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. Brantas Abipraya Jakarta, indicated by the significance value of t = α = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) with a regression coefficient of 0,339 and tcount (4,287) > ttable (1,998). (2) work motivation variable is partially significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Brantas Abipraya Jakarta, indicated by the significance value of t = α = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) with a regression coefficient of 0,153 and tcount (2,136) > ttable (1,998). (3) the leadership style variable is not a partially significant influence on employee performance at PT. Brantas Abipraya Jakarta, indicated by the significance value of t of α = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) with a regression coefficient of -0,017 and tcount (0,258) < ttable (1,998). (4) compensation variables, work motivation, and leadership style have a simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT. Brantas Abipraya Jakarta, with a significance value of f of α = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) and a value of fcount (13,866) > ftable (2,75).
