- This study aims to test the influence of accountability, transparency and supervision of financial management on balai besar pelaksanaan jalan nasional VIII. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 40 respondents in BBPJN VIII with certain criteria. This research was obtained from distributing questionnaires. Questionnaires on the validity ang reability before collecting research data. Tes equipment used in this study was classic assumption tes including normality test, multikolinearity test, and heteroskedastisitas test. The data analysis technique used is Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version Software IBM SPSS 25. The results showed: (1) accountability variable has an influence on financial management. (2) transparency variable has an influence on financial management. (3) supervision variable has an influence on financial management.
