  • The development of information technology is influential in the field of accounting and helps a lot in improving the company's accounting information system. A good accounting information system can improve the company's performance and produce quality information. The purpose of this research is to test and determine the influence of Top Management support, personal technical. This research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kediri on financial services. This research uses quantitative methods using primary data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires. The samples in this study used saturation sampling methods as much as 46 respondents to accounting information system users. The technical analysis of data used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 For Windows. The results showed that partial Personal technical capability (X2) has no significant effect, while Top Management support (X1) and user Engagement (X3) have significant positive impact on the performance of Accounting information System (Y) on the financial services of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kediri.
