  • This study aims to test and analyze empirically the effect of price cuts, product variations and learning in higher education with financial literacy as an intervening variable on student financial behavior. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample used was a number of 100 respondents from the population of active accounting students 7th semester UPN "Veteran" East Java class of 2016. The technique of determining the sample using probability sampling with random sampling. Source of data used are primary data obtained directly from the results of the questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that price discounts do not have an influence on student financial behavior through financial literacy, while product variations and learning in higher education have an influence on student financial behavior through financial literacy.
