- The covid-19 pandemic provides variations to various community groups, and the assistance student is no exception. Various attempts have been made by the government to stop the spread. One of them is through public service announcements. the authors are interested in conducting research on the perceptions of overseas students who are studying in the city of Surabaya to advertise the prohibition of going home on Twitter @kemenkesRI twitter account.
