- This research will be describes the impact of the Swedish flow of refugee protection policies in the form of border controls that took place in 2015-2016. Sweden’s border controls published on 12 November 2015 to Denmark, it brought a domino effect to Denmark. Sweden's border control policy made refugees who had to go to Sweden forced to be held in Denmark. In other side, the flow of refugees from Germany continued to flow to Denmark. That is created Danish threat perception, especially in the border region. Denmark made border control policies from 4 January to 2 June 2016 at the internal border mainly focusing on ferries from Germany and the Danish-German land border.
