  • This study aims to determine the right business strategy and competetive by first identifying the areas of production, human resource management, finance, marketing, and business information management strategy itself. This is done using SWOT analysis used to evaluate the opportunites and threats in the business environment as well as the strenght and weaknesses of the company’s internal. The study was conducted using qualitative methods with techniques Indeepth interview on business owners Tozca Cafe and Bakery in Sidoarjo as well as empoyees and consumers tozca cafe and bakery itself. The results are then analyzed with SWOT method comprising strenght, weaknesses, opportunities, threats experienced tozca cafe and bakery in Sidoarjo. For doing business until now and in the business strategy to compete with its rivals are more and more in the market. Research shows that business strategy is done by Tozca Cafe and Bakery that include manufacturing, human resource management, finance, marketing, and information management systems can run smoothly and balanced in the midst of the many competetitors in the market today. The presence of competitors is actually a challenge for business owners to create innovations to develop their business. And along the way Tozca Cafe and Bakery business until now has not decreased but has always showed an increase in sales. That’s because the high taste of food and beverages in the cafe.
