- This study aims to get an assessment from visitors about the JPC State Polytechnic website of Jember, analyze web deficiencies based on the Heuristic Evaluation user assessment method, and recommend improvements and developments on the JPC State Polytechnic website of Jember. Researchers focused on recommendations for improvement on three questions with the lowest percentage found on question X5 from the aspect of Visibility of System Status (Feedback) with a percentage of 65.93%, question X27 from the aspect of Flexibility and Efficient Of Use with a percentage of 67.04%, and question X41 from the Help and Documentation aspect with a percentage of 70.74% so that it can be improved in the "very feasible" category. Then from the results of the interview in the form of the addition of the study program filter feature functions to make it easier for visitors to find job vacancy information based on the chosen study program. Of the three questions and the results of the interview, it can be used as a reference for recommendations for improvement in the form of a system design in the form of UML and an interface design in the form of a mock up.
