- This study aims to determine the effect of adding messy flour (Peperomia pellucida L.Kunth) in feed on lymphoid organ weight and the number of lymphocyte cells in broilers. The study was conducted using a completely randomized design (RAL) with 4 treatment and 5 replications, with 200 broilers and each replicatoin consisting of 10 broilers. The feed theatments were given P0 (100% commercial feed), P1 (commercial feed + 0,6% processed flour), P2 (commercial feed + 1,2% processed flour) and P3 (commercial feed + 1,8% processed flour). The parameters measured were the weight of the bursa of fabrisius organs, the weight of the thymus organs, the weight of the spleen and lymphocyte. The results showed that the addition of messenger flour in the feed had a significant effect on the number of finisher phase lymphocyte in broilers.
