- The research on the Modeling of “Sumber Mas” Tempe Production System In Jember Regency is a descriptive exploratory research. Descriptive research with the aim of explaining something by describing, analyzing, and interpreting the conditions that occur in a tempe production system. This research uses expert systems method. The results of the interviews are then modeled using Powersim 2.5.1 Software. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained; a) factors that are interrelated and can influence each other in “Sumber Mas” tempe in Jember Regency, including other production systems of tempe, sub system of production costs and sub system of profits; b) based on the results of the dynamic system modeling of Sumber Mas tempe production in Jember Regency, the moderate scenario scenario, the optimistic scenario and the pessimistic scenario. In the moderate scenario and the optimistic production scenario every year there is an increase in tempe and profits, for the pessimistic scenario there is an increase in production costs and a decrease in profits.
